Electrical Endurance

An Electrical Endurance test assesses the durability and reliability of switchgear by simulating daily on-off usage over time. This controlled evaluation determines how many cycles the equipment can handle before failure, ensuring consistent performance, safety, cost efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

The setup includes four key components: Control Desk, Voltage Source, Test Stand, and Load Bank, each playing a vital role in the testing process.

Products that can be tested

MCB, MCCB, ACB, Contactor, Domestic Switch, RCCB, RCBO, Industrial Switches,  Auxiliary Circuits.

Reference Standards

IEC : 60947-1, 60947-2,  60898-1,  60947-4-1,  60669-1.
